RAID Overview

Jeff Atwood over at Coding Horror has provided probably the best RAID overview I've ever read. It's very shallow (although the comments get a little deeper) but it's a great resource for someone starting from scratch. He explains things well and makes them even clearer with some pretty pictures. Thanks Jeff!
